Chattisgarh: Collector Ranbir Sharma, who was removed from Surajpur, CM said - misery of youth is very sad

District Collector Ranbir Sharma has been removed from Surajpur following the order of Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel. Now Gaurav Singh has been made the new collector in his place. CM Bhupesh Baghel had given instructions to remove Ranbir Sharma from Surajpur immediately. This stern action was taken in the case of misconduct with a young man. CM tweeted this and described it as very sad and condemnable. He made it clear that such activities in the state will not be tolerated at all.
At the same time, the IAS Association has also strongly condemned the behavior of the Collector of Surajpur. He said that such behavior will not be accepted at all. It is against the basic principles of service and civilization. He tweeted that the civil servants should be sympathetic to the people and should try to keep the society out of pain at all times, especially in this difficult time.

The collector beat the young man who went to take medicine
During the lockdown enforced in Surajpur district of Chhattisgarh's Surguja division, a young man was allegedly slapped by the District Magistrate and beaten up by the police. Even if he was not full of heart, he ordered his guards to beat him with sticks. After which he was beaten severely with sticks. The young man's fault was that he was going to the medical store to get medicine for his parents.
The inhumane face of the collector was revealed to the public after the video went viral. In the fight, there has been a serious injury to the young man's leg. After the video of this incident went viral on social media, the District Magistrate had also apologized for his behavior, but now CM Bhupesh Baghel has taken action in this case and removed him from Surajpur.
